Our dear friends from Folsom, CA met up with us for a few fine days on the beach. It was good to see them again and "catch" up. As always a joy to be among friends.
The view overlooking the beach from our beach house condo. There were three pools on the property. Two on the bluff overlooking the ocean. We were very pleased with the place even though it was quite a climb carrying the beach equipment up and down the four flights of stairs. :)

A little excercise anyone? Some of us took early morning runs or walks on the beach during low tide. We played smashball, threw footballs, buried ourselves in the sand BUT most of all caught some waves, some sun and had a lot of great family time.

Catching a sunset is sometimes difficult because of the cloud cover. This one was a beauty though! We all had a great time in Solana Beach!
We all went out to eat at a Chinese buffet with Grandma and Grandpa Bell. Cody was with us too.
